Come and experience the Planetary Healing Asana Sequence. Sarah re-formalized this series of asanas in 2007 and has been teaching yoga trainings in it ever since. It is an ancient sequence with roots in Yoga, Ayurveda and Astrology. The class is particularly good as we enter the Fall, there are periods of deep rest and replenishment which will prepare you for the cooler months. The class ends with some energizing asanas to keep your mood bright as the days get shorter. All Welcome.
