Yantras & Ayurvedic Astrology
What is a Yantra?
A Yantra is a geometric symbol that carries the specific energy of a planet or deity. Each one imparts a healing frequency that you can work with in whatever area of life feels stuck, stagnant, or in need of clarity โ from relationships and creativity to spiritual practice and life direction.
Yantras come from the Tantric tradition of Northern India, their earliest traces date from 9,000 โ 8,000 BC โ the era of the Baghor Stone, one of the oldest known geometric objects of worship. The Yantras in the forms seen here originated after 800 AD. They are the visual counterpart to Mantras โ the audible sounds used for healing โ and working with both together amplifies their effects exponentially. They reflect our own positive qualities back to us, making us whole again.
Healing = Wholeness
What is Ayurvedic Astrology?
Ayurvedic Astrology weaves together three ancient streams of wisdom: Astrology โ the support of the cosmos; Ayurveda โ the science of life; and the subtle medicine of Yantras. When these three are combined, profound change becomes possible โ in our thoughts, our behaviors, and our experience of ourselves.
Planetary Yantras are embedded in each of our Ayurvedic Charts. Exploring which ones we are drawn to helps reveal which areas of our lives need attention, and which gifts are waiting to be reclaimed.
