What happens in a session?

In a consultation with Sarah, we work together to reveal what your gifts are this lifetime — based on your unique birth time, date, and place, and your life journey so far. Once these gifts are affirmed, we begin to unravel the parts of your life that are not yet in alignment with your path, and highlight the places that are already working beautifully.

You will receive two keywords during your initial consultation that will reframe the way you see yourself and your life. The Yantras are then used to offer support and momentum to each level of healing as you remember and find peace with who you are.

After your consultation you will receive a digital image of your Yantra to work with — or you can draw, color, or order a print. Place it on your altar, by your bedside, or anywhere you will see it regularly, and work with it for 40 days.

The Consultations

  • A deep dive into your Ayurvedic Chart and Yantra practice. Available via Zoom, phone, or in person in Kingsbridge, Devon. You will get clear on your dharma and life direction, receive individualized guidance through your current issues, select a Yantra to work with, and receive a digital image of your Yantra and a PDF of your personalized chart.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Perfect if you need immediate support or if time zones make a live session difficult. Email Sarah your question along with your birth data — date, time, and place of birth — and she will respond within 1–14 days with a full color Yantra image and the corresponding Mantra to work with.
